Josh Hatcher’s vision for Out of Your Shell started in 1996, as he created his own art, and helped to promote other artists. Eventually, the idea got dusty and stuck on the shelf. 20 years later, Josh’s daughter Michaelah started writing poetry, and the pair started challenging each other to write more. After self-publishing their poetry books, they rekindled the original vision to help others express themselves through the written word.
